Creators
You consistently create and have built an audience around your point of view, expertise, personality, or craft.
OrchestraHQ is building the infrastructure behind modern distribution — connecting the people who have earned attention with the opportunities that value it.
We’re opening the doors to a small founding cohort of creators and community builders across Africa and Europe.
Applications are read individually. Applying doesn’t guarantee a place.
Your audience lives across platforms.
Your relationships are scattered.
Opportunities come through different channels.
And too much of the value created by your distribution is controlled by someone else.
OrchestraHQ is being built to change that.
You consistently create and have built an audience around your point of view, expertise, personality, or craft.
You run a community people actively return to — on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, newsletters, or elsewhere.
You publish publicly and also operate a community, newsletter, group, or other owned audience channel.
Founding Cohort members are the first people we build with. They get early access to new opportunities, campaigns, product experiments, and programs as OrchestraHQ develops — plus a direct channel to help shape what we build.
Applications are reviewed individually. Being selected is not automatic.
What founding members getA creator can spend years building trust, relationships, and attention — while the underlying relationship stays fragmented across platforms.
We’re building OrchestraHQ around a different idea: the people who create distribution should have a better way to participate in the value that distribution creates.
Founding Ambassador is not a default membership tier. It is a separate, reviewed role for people who consistently contribute to the growth and quality of OrchestraHQ. Some members may be invited. Others can apply once they demonstrate the required level of participation and contribution.
We ask for information because we’re building around real audiences, not vanity metrics. Your application and audience information are used to evaluate fit, improve the product, and operate the founding program.
We don’t believe access to your audience should mean ownership of it.
Read our data & privacy approachThe first version of OrchestraHQ is being shaped right now. The research questionnaire is where creators and community builders tell us where distribution actually breaks — the busywork, the dead ends, the money left on the table.
Answers go straight into the roadmap. Participants are the first people we come back to when the thing they asked for is ready to test.
You’ll be asked to sign in — it keeps your answers tied to one account and lets you pick up where you stopped.
Creators, community builders, and people who do both — anyone who has earned attention and built a real audience or community around it.
Yes. Many of the strongest applications are hybrid: a public audience plus an owned channel like a WhatsApp group, Telegram community, Discord server, or newsletter.
A space people actively return to and that you own or operate — a group, channel, server, newsletter list, or member space. Activity matters more than size.
No. We look at the quality and reality of the audience you've built and whether you can be verified as its owner or operator.
You'll get a confirmation with your application status. A real person reviews it, and you'll be notified when a decision is made. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.
If selected, we create your member account. You then get early opportunities, product access, research participation, and a referral link to invite people who belong.
A separate, reviewed role for members who consistently contribute to the growth and quality of the network. It is not automatic and is not part of joining the cohort.
To evaluate fit, improve the product, and operate the founding program. It is not published, sold, or shown to other applicants.
We're building with the founding cohort first. Members see new experiences before wider release, and we'll share launch timing with them directly.
We’re starting with a small group of creators and community builders who understand what it takes to build real distribution. Tell us what you’ve built.
