Founding cohort · Africa & Europe · Application only

Your audience is more than a follower count.

OrchestraHQ is building the infrastructure behind modern distribution — connecting the people who have earned attention with the opportunities that value it.

We’re opening the doors to a small founding cohort of creators and community builders across Africa and Europe.

The gap

You’ve built the audience.
But you don’t own the system around it.

Your audience lives across platforms.

Your relationships are scattered.

Opportunities come through different channels.

And too much of the value created by your distribution is controlled by someone else.

OrchestraHQ is being built to change that.

Who we're bringing in

If you’ve built distribution, we want to know you.

We're looking for people who have earned attention and built real communities around it. We care about the quality and reality of the audience, not vanity numbers.

Creators

You consistently create and have built an audience around your point of view, expertise, personality, or craft.

Community builders

You run a community people actively return to — on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, newsletters, or elsewhere.

Creators + community builders

You publish publicly and also operate a community, newsletter, group, or other owned audience channel.

Founding cohort

Get closer to the opportunities being built around your audience.

Founding Cohort members are the first people we build with. They get early access to new opportunities, campaigns, product experiments, and programs as OrchestraHQ develops — plus a direct channel to help shape what we build.

Early opportunities
Access selected campaigns, collaborations, and programs as they become available.
Product access
See and use new OrchestraHQ experiences before wider release.
Product research
Help us understand what creators and community builders actually need.
Referral access
Invite people you believe belong in the network and track the people you bring in.
Founding member status
Be part of the first cohort shaping the supply side of OrchestraHQ.

Applications are reviewed individually. Being selected is not automatic.

What founding members get
The bigger idea

The platforms own the distribution.
You built the audience.

A creator can spend years building trust, relationships, and attention — while the underlying relationship stays fragmented across platforms.

We’re building OrchestraHQ around a different idea: the people who create distribution should have a better way to participate in the value that distribution creates.

How early access works

Start here.

Applying doesn't automatically mean acceptance — we read every application and open places as capacity allows.

  2. 02Get reviewedEvery application is reviewed by a real person.
  3. 03Join the founding cohortIf selected, we'll create your OrchestraHQ member account.

  5. 05Help shape what comes nextThe founding cohort influences what OrchestraHQ builds next.
Founding Ambassador

Some members will help us build the network.

Founding Ambassador is not a default membership tier. It is a separate, reviewed role for people who consistently contribute to the growth and quality of OrchestraHQ. Some members may be invited. Others can apply once they demonstrate the required level of participation and contribution.

  • A strong profile or audience
  • Quality referrals
  • Meaningful product research participation
  • Consistent contribution

Trust & privacy

Your audience data is yours.

We ask for information because we’re building around real audiences, not vanity metrics. Your application and audience information are used to evaluate fit, improve the product, and operate the founding program.

We don’t believe access to your audience should mean ownership of it.

Help decide what gets built before it’s built.

The first version of OrchestraHQ is being shaped right now. The research questionnaire is where creators and community builders tell us where distribution actually breaks — the busywork, the dead ends, the money left on the table.

Answers go straight into the roadmap. Participants are the first people we come back to when the thing they asked for is ready to test.

You’ll be asked to sign in — it keeps your answers tied to one account and lets you pick up where you stopped.

FAQ

Questions people ask before applying.

Who is OrchestraHQ for?+

Creators, community builders, and people who do both — anyone who has earned attention and built a real audience or community around it.

Can I apply as both a creator and a community builder?+

Yes. Many of the strongest applications are hybrid: a public audience plus an owned channel like a WhatsApp group, Telegram community, Discord server, or newsletter.

What qualifies as a community?+

A space people actively return to and that you own or operate — a group, channel, server, newsletter list, or member space. Activity matters more than size.

Do I need a minimum number of followers?+

No. We look at the quality and reality of the audience you've built and whether you can be verified as its owner or operator.

What happens after I apply?+

You'll get a confirmation with your application status. A real person reviews it, and you'll be notified when a decision is made. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.

How does the Founding Cohort work?+

If selected, we create your member account. You then get early opportunities, product access, research participation, and a referral link to invite people who belong.

What is Founding Ambassador?+

A separate, reviewed role for members who consistently contribute to the growth and quality of the network. It is not automatic and is not part of joining the cohort.

How will my information be used?+

To evaluate fit, improve the product, and operate the founding program. It is not published, sold, or shown to other applicants.

When will OrchestraHQ launch?+

We're building with the founding cohort first. Members see new experiences before wider release, and we'll share launch timing with them directly.
