Your application is private. Full stop.
We collect the minimum needed to review you fairly and to build the product with you. Nothing you submit is published on this site, shown to other applicants, or sold to anyone.
What we collect
Name, email, phone number, country, short bio, and the roles you selected.
Platform, profile URL, niche, audience size, engagement estimate, your relationship to it.
Community name, platform, URL, size, topic, description, and your role there.
Your referral code, link clicks, and which applications came through you.
Sessions you join and research responses you choose to give.
Internal notes our team writes while reviewing. Available to you on request.
Why we collect it
- To verify that you own or help run the audiences you list.
- To review your application and decide on Founding Cohort membership.
- To prefill your member profile and provision your account on approval.
- To attribute referrals correctly and calculate rewards.
- To invite you to research sessions, offers, and gigs that match your topics.
- To contact you about your application and early access.
Who can see it
Everything on your own record, in your member dashboard.
A small internal team, for review, verification, and support only.
No public listings, no data sales, no sharing with brands without your explicit consent.
Your control
You can ask us to correct or delete your application, creator profiles, communities, and referral record at any time, and you can withdraw from research participation without affecting your membership. We keep applicant data only while your application or membership is active, plus a short period for fraud and referral-integrity checks.
Email creators@orchestrahq.com and a human responds. A full policy document will be published at public launch.
