Your answers are saved in this browser as you type, so reopen the application on the same device and it should pick up where you left off. If submission still fails, email us — include the step it failed on and we'll finish it manually.
Check the email address you applied with, including spam. If nothing arrives within an hour, email us from that same address and we'll confirm your record and resend the link to your research questionnaire.
The link is tied to your application. Email us from the address you applied with and we'll send it again. Don't start a second application — duplicates slow your review down.
Accounts only exist once you've been approved and joined the Founding Cohort. If you're approved and still can't get in, use the sign-in page's email option with the exact address on your application, or write to us and we'll relink it.
Every application is read by a person, so review takes longer than an automated waitlist. If it's been more than three weeks, email us with your name and the address you applied with and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.
Before a decision: email us the correction and we'll amend the record. After you've joined: update it yourself in account settings.
